Elara Comunicaciones is the leading provider of telecommunication and technology services in Mexico and Latin America. Recognized as the only Mexican Teleport ranked in 2014 by the WTA “World Teleport Association” as the #1 Teleport in economic growth and named for three consecutive years at the “Top 20 Worldwide Ranking” of independent teleports. We have a teleport established in Mexico, which began operations in the year 2004, having installed the first iDirect Hub with the largest network in the country and the second largest in Latin America, being the most experienced public network dealer and satellite operator within the corporate market.

Since then we operate with various satellites, which enable us to provide coverage based on the needs of each one of our clients; we have more than 6,000 VSATs operating with corporate traffic transmission and reception (voice, data and video). We have the ISO 9001:2008 certification, thus guaranteeing the standardization of our services and processes, making our operation more efficient. Also we were named one of the sixty “Best Mexican Enterprises” in 2014, initiative leaded for Deloitte, Banamex and ITESM.
Our work team is highly trained and certified in CISCO, iDirect, Rig Pass, Seaman´s Book and others.

We work with innovative technology within reach and have the attitude for responding to all the needs of the client, which distinguishes us as a corporation in the way we conduct our daily work.

Our team is recognized internationally, having received for the second year in 2014, our Automation and Development Coordinator, Rodrigo González, the award "The Rising Star in VSAT 2014".Earlier in 2013 our Operations Manager, Arturo Solares, was the winner of the same award. And in 2015 the World Teleport Association recognized our CEO Jorge Villarreal as “Executive of the Year” 2015 after being nominated as “Visionary Executive of the Year” at the SATCON Conference and Exhibition in 2013

Services are available in different satellites, thus we offer the broadest coverage in the market and we use all kinds of antennas: fixed, auto-tracking, auto-deployable, for services in any kind of building, vehicle, fixed or semi-submersible platforms; vessels or even airplanes.
Our Teleport has last-mile links, which enable us to interconnect to any point required by the client.

The broadband speeds of our services range from 64 kbps and we have solutions that would allow up to 400 Mbps using different technologies with which specific needs may be satisfied with service quality, and these are all compatible with LAN to LAN land networks, MPLS, GSM networks, etc.

Elara's solutions use high-end technology and operate in various frequency bands: Ku, C, Ka, making the most of the advantages and benefits of these in order to adapt to the specific requirements and needs of each client.

At Elara we have an ISO 9000 certification and work under processes aligned with ITIL V.3, and thus, we guarantee the quality of our services as well as the compliance with promised availability and SLAs, being our solutions the most reliable ones within the market.
